3. Medical Disclaimer

The App is designed for wellness and relaxation purposes only. The breathing exercises and information provided are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should always:

• Seek immediate medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, or difficulty breathing
• Discontinue use if you feel uncomfortable or experience adverse effects

4. User Responsibilities

By using BreatheFlow, you agree to:

5. Age Restrictions

BreatheFlow is suitable for users of all ages. However, children under the age of 13 should use the App under parental supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of BreatheFlow, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, icons, and images
• Software code and architecture
• User interface design
• Breathing exercise protocols and timings

are owned by BreatheFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our express written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

BreatheFlow respects your privacy. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All data generated by the App (such as session history and preferences) is stored locally on your device only.

8. App Availability and Updates

• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any health issues resulting from your use of the App

11. Third-Party Services and Links

BreatheFlow does not integrate with third-party services or contain external links. All functionality is contained within the App and operates offline.

12. Termination

You may stop using BreatheFlow at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available within the App and on our website. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of BreatheFlow after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the App.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of BreatheFlow.

18. App Store Terms

If you downloaded BreatheFlow from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must also comply with the applicable terms of service of those platforms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the app store terms, the app store terms shall prevail.
